Constant-Force Kinematics: Why DAVIKA Magnifier Mounts Are Different
DAVIKA magnifier mounts feature an advanced flip-to-side mechanism engineered for stability, speed, and predictable operation. Unlike conventional ball-detent designs, the FTR series uses an alternative kinematic system that applies constant force throughout the entire movement path, eliminating play, vibration, and micro-shift under recoil.
Short 45° Rotation: The short travel mechanism with approximately 45° rotation enables rapid transition between magnified and non-magnified configurations.
Asymmetric Resistance Profile: An asymmetric resistance profile allows smooth, low-effort engagement into the working position while increasing resistance when moving out, reducing the risk of accidental flipping during movement or contact with gear. This is critical for tactical and dynamic shooting environments.
Tactile Feedback: Clear, well-defined movement zones provide consistent tactile feedback and precise alignment of the magnifier with the red dot optic. The magnifier returns to the exact same position every time — shot after shot.
