TSM Series Thermal Scope Mounts | 38mm & 57mm Optical Heights

DAVIKA TSM (Thermal Scope Mount) series provides versatile mounts for modern thermal imaging devices. Compatible with PFN640, RH25, and similar thermal optics, our mounts support multiple use cases: as a clip-on thermal mount in front of a red dot or LPVO, as a dedicated thermal scope mount, or as a helmet-mounted monocular. Available in 38mm (clip-on optimized) and 57mm (dedicated optic) optical heights. CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with hard anodizing. Quick detach Picatinny mount with zero retention.

Multi-Use Concept: One Thermal Optic, Multiple Scenarios

A modern thermal imaging device is more than just a scope — it is a universal thermal module that can function in several roles:

  • As a primary thermal scope — dedicated thermal optic for hunting or tactical use
  • As a clip-on thermal mount — mounted in front of a red dot sight (RDM series)
  • As a clip-on thermal mount — mounted in front of an LPVO or magnified optic (MSM/RSM series)
  • As a helmet-mounted monocular — for navigation and situational awareness

The TSM series is built around a universal geometry concept, allowing one thermal device to serve multiple purposes. Simply change the mount configuration — not the optic.

Zero Retention & Repeatable Mounting

DAVIKA TSM series thermal scope mounts are engineered for repeatable zero retention — even after removal and reinstallation. Key features include:

  • Precision-machined contact surfaces for consistent alignment
  • Full compliance with Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 4694 standards
  • Rigid locking mechanism with no play or shifting under recoil
  • Return-to-zero performance — remove your thermal optic for storage or transport, reattach it, and maintain point of impact without re-zeroing

This is critical for professionals who need to swap optics between platforms or store thermal devices separately from their weapons.

Optical Axis Height: 38mm vs 57mm — Which One Do You Need?

The TSM series is available in two optical axis heights. Your choice depends on how you plan to use your thermal device.

38mm — Optimized for Clip-On Use

  • Ideal for use as a clip-on thermal mount in front of a red dot or LPVO
  • Compatible with most LPVO and magnified scopes (industry standard 38mm optical axis)
  • Can be mounted on a 19mm riser to achieve 57mm total height (compatible with RDM series)
  • Also works as a primary scope for some platforms

57mm — Optimized for Dedicated Thermal Scope

  • Designed for use as a dedicated thermal scope mount
  • Matches the "one optical axis" concept for AR-platform rifles (coincident with RDM red dot mounts)
  • Allows co-witness or lower 1/3 co-witness with backup iron sights
  • Compatible with offset red dot mounts for secondary aiming devices

Most LPVO scope mounts on the market use a 38mm optical axis, ensuring proper alignment when using a thermal as a clip-on. The 57mm height corresponds to modern AR-platform ergonomics and matches DAVIKA RDM red dot mounts for a unified optical axis across multiple aiming devices.

Full Integration with DAVIKA Ecosystem

TSM series thermal mounts are not standalone products — they are part of a fully integrated ecosystem of DAVIKA mounting solutions:

  • Single optical axis with RDM series red dot mounts (57mm configuration)
  • Compatible with MSM/RSM series scope mounts for magnified optics
  • Modular design allows you to reconfigure your weapon for different missions without rebuilding the entire system

Whether you are running a red dot alone, a red dot with magnifier, an LPVO, or a thermal clip-on — DAVIKA mounts work together as a unified system.
